Fixed and variable costs rarely split the same way — and they don't have to. Set the split per category once: hangar and insurance divide equally, fuel and engine reserves follow hours flown. When an expense is entered, each partner's share posts to their balance. The awkward money conversation just stops happening.
Balances that settle themselves
Every member sees their own balance — what they've flown, what they owe, what they've paid. When the balance goes negative, they tap Pay Balance and pay by card. Funds land in your organization's account through Stripe, the balance updates, and the transaction is on the record.
Pair it with booking rules and members below the minimum balance can't book until they've paid — the software does the enforcing.
Dues that post themselves
Monthly dues, hangar shares, engine reserves — recurring contributions post to every member's balance on schedule, every month, without a treasurer sending reminders. Members see the charge, pay it in the app, and the club's cash flow stops depending on anyone's memory.
